Mmmmm … I woke up this morning to fresh homemade guacamole! And even though I made it last night, it was still fresh and green and beautiful this morning. The best thing about this simple easy guacamole recipe is you can keep the fresh ingredients on hand and make a fresh batch of simple easy guacamole from one avocado in five minutes whenever you feel like it. Let me share my secret to intuitive easy guacamole in about five minutes.
Ever since I adopted the Pajama Party Lifestyle, being a work-at-home entrepreneur making multiple six-figure income, I got back into cooking. I loved cooking when I lived with my family but got out of it mostly after going to college. I advocate a gentle organic and vegetarian lifestyle because of the karmic consequences for ourselves and our planet of not making healthy and ethical food choices. So here is what you will need to make this easy simple intuitive guacamole recipe now:
One or more ripe avocados
Garlic cloves
One red onion
Lemons or limes
Tomatoes
Sea Salt
First, take one firm organic avocado and cut in half. Remove the seed. Using a knife, cut into the flesh of the avocado with its rind still on. Cut a bunch of stripes into the flesh both horizontally and vertically. Be careful not to cut the rind. Now the avocado will look like a bunch of squares. Turn the avocado flesh down into a medium sized bowl and squeeze the rind so that the squares you’ve cut fall into the bowl. Discard the rind, and do the same with the other half of the avocado.
Take one garlic clove and cut it in half. Mince half of the clove and add to the avocado in the bowl.
Take a few slices of red onion and mince them. Add to the avocado in the bowl.
Cut an organic lemon or lime in half and squeeze all the juice into the bowl. Remove any seeds.
Cut an organic tomato in half and mince. Add the minced pieces of tomato to the bowl.
Take a salt grinder and grind salt on top of the guacamole bowl. Don’t add too much salt. You can always add more later.
Now take a fork and mix it all up. I do not like to overmix because I like the texture of avocado pieces rather than a mash. You can mix to suit your own tastes.
Voila. You now have simple easy guacamole in about five minutes! Now taste the guacamole and add more of whatever ingredients above to suit your taste. Save the remaining ingredients for your next batch. This simple easy guacamole recipe is delicious with organic corn chips, organic tortillas, and with lots of other dishes.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do :)
