there is a difference between manipulation and influence.

this guy influenced the women buy appealing to her ego. in other words, he know how to handle her female psychology.

Anytime you're worrying about something you did after you did it, you are thinking too much. But it's not very helpful to say to yourself "I'm thinking too much" cuz even by doing that you're just continuing the pattern of being hard on yourself. I noticed, I tend to take awhile to make a decision.
