I love it. At first I could do only 5 minutes, now sometimes I do it for an hour and I still don’t want to get up.

I feel sooo relaxed sometimes way altered state.

In this state EFT works for me much more effectively, as does vizualisation and self-hypnosis.

I also like how going into this state makes me feel more “centered” like it clears my anxiety.

YUM.

Yes, I did have some upheaval and so forth, in fact I went through the levels faster than they recommend because once I realized it was working, I was willing to put up with more upheaval in order to have faster vibe cleansing.

The good thing is it’s not the kind of anxiety that perpetuates itself, it’s coming to the surface to be released. Then it’s gone.

With each new level of Holosync, I would have a new period of some upheaval because it’s dredging stuff up from deeper in the subconscious mind. Then it would settle, and I’d move to a new level.

It feels great listening to it, too. I’m listening right now as I go off to bed.
