It all happens unconsciously. That’s part of the reason I love text messages, later I have a second chance to see what happened and why it worked.

Connection Guy wrote this about teasing in his book: “Teasing girls is very powerful. The point is not to laugh at her, but to get her to laugh at herself. You’re playfully criticizing her, making her feel vulnerable, but it’s simultaneously enjoyable for her. This creates a tension of emotions within her, usually half resentment (from the insult), half joy (from the laughter).”

I’m not sure anyone has ever described sexual tension quite so accurately. And it inspires me to create a new blog post about integrating the shadow self cuz somehow that feels related to me.

Then Connection Guy mixes in this beautiful tenderness. I told him yesterday about some overgaming that was going on, and he responded: “Haha, I don’t get it. You’re not hard to handle. Just have to open up and love you.”

Melts my heart :-)

That’s what I’m trying to teach on this blog. We just need to open up and love each other. It really is that simple, even if it’s not always simple to teach or explain it.
