Yes, we need to find alternatives to running to that medicine cabinet! And yes, we all have so many limiting beliefs. Millions and millions of them. Even after years of removing limiting beliefs, I still have a lot of them. So it’s a daily practice of releasing toxic emotions and limiting beliefs. Thanks for commenting :)

Thank you for explaining your Holistic Belief Reprogramming technique. I could see how this would be highly effective for people who have limited beliefs. First we have to come to the realization that we have those limited beliefs, I’m sure people don’t even realize all the barricades they come to the table with they start your HBR coaching. I’m definitely PRO Holistic – too many people are running for medicine cabinet to help them numb their issues rather than face them head on and conquer them.

Wow Erika, sounds amazing, I have almost all the books above plus CD’s, DVD’s etc. And as much as I have loved and learnt from every teacher, I never really “got it” yes I felt good for a few hours or a few days but very quickly it would all be forgotten in the life we have to live on a daily basis, work, kids, etc.

I even did a 1 day course on EFT a few years back but once again that fell by the wayside as nothing “happened” for me.

I am off to watch you on youtube and see if I can start doing something about myself.

Oh, Erika – this is so amazingly well writtten, and answers so many of the questions I’d had about your work and it’s influences! Yes, we’ve all tried to affirm ourselves into a different place, and often failed. Yes, there has to be some other component to it, and YES! we all want it now!!! I am so impressed and amazed at how you’ve done all this and now own it as your own method and will be changing the WORLD….one life at a time!
